In case of dispute the consumer may resort to an Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) entity. Alternative Consumer Dispute Resolution (ADR) entities are the entities authorized to mediate, reconcile and arbitrate consumer disputes in Portugal that are included in the ADR list provided by Law No. 144/2015.
